Just as individuals have unique styles, groups also tend to develop their own unique styles or cultures. This culture is an informal combination of behaviors, values, and attitudes that most people in the group often take for granted. Put in the simplest terms, culture is "the way we do things." Although not everybody agrees with or flows with the culture, most group members feel the pressure that a culture exerts to act in a certain way.
The DiSC Group Culture Report explores the DiSC culture of your group*. It helps you understand many important needs, goals, fears emotions and behaviors within your culture. The report provides a graph that shows the distribution of DiSC styles in your group, as well as a bar chart that helps you understand what your group members value most. The report then goes into the details of describing the strength and weaknesses of your particular group culture and provides challenging questions to help you better capitalize on strength and alleviate some of your group's weaknesses.
(Please view a Sample Report for more detailed description)
*- The Group Culture Report can be generated only after team member have completed the DiSC 2.0, DiSC PPSS, or DiSC Classic profiles.
